Thank you, Gary. I think DDJ always had 5%, with Galileo funds or what not. 1.5 million shares total, maybe. But I did not know who did the warrants, and which brokerage has them all. They made a lot of money.

Sorry, DDJ of Wellesley, Ma. with Cayman island funds last reported in April, 1997, SEC 13d/a with substantial trading. DDJ has not traded since. Kennedy is in Missouri. It formerly owned 7.7% as of September 30, 1997. Now it owns 5.1%, in today's filing with SEC. The new comer is Nicholas-Applegate in September 30, 1997 period went from zero to 5.8% ownership as reported by Market tracker in previous posts.

Jeffries (market maker) traded ~1.16 million shares in DEC.; so a lot of changes that we do not know yet.
