The issue is not what words Austen used - and what Biden told him. Making Russia so weak that it would no longer be a major player in the world - was the underlying concept in our Russian foreign policy since Brzezinski. Some of the US think tanks have been working on plans for dismantling Russia for many years. Globalists are also onboard with this.

The latest incarnation is the so called “Helsinki commission” - a U.S. government entity, many members of which are US Senators and Congressmen. They had their last meeting about “decolonization” of Russia just a few days ago. Take a look at it. They feel that Russia is, in effect, a colonial power, and her components are “colonies”. The thing is - the same exact thing can be said about any country with significant ethnic groups - like the U.S. and China. So, it’s just an excuse to cook up a quasi-intellectual foundation for what is, essentially, a plan for conquest.

I suggest you find the web site of the Helsinki group - and learn more about it. Inter alia, they’re accusing Russia of fighting a brutal war in Libya. That was the sin of the US, not Russia.
