FD - around 17MM Cash - little - under $100K - and this is a problem - they will have to do a PP or get a JV partner. They are interested in a JV partner. A number of companies (majors + juniors w/ cash) have had a look but no one's committed yet. SDD has been around for 16-17 yrs. Management is honest and cheap and are not promoters in the least. That can be a problem though - no stock is gonna go up on it's own - it need some promotion. The IR package is the best bet - unless you get Hard Rock - they did a profile over a year ago on the Promontorio property and SDD history. Debt - not that I am aware of - and property payments are up to date. SDD's 800 # at top. Mark Lee is the geo who has found these properties and
