why do you vote for CROOKS?

A Missouri state lawmaker resigned on Friday after a jury found her guilty on 22 counts for fraudulently accepting hundreds of thousands of pandemic-era federal stimulus dollars and other offenses.

Missouri state Rep. Tricia Derges (R) was convicted on Tuesday after she applied for nearly $900,000 in CARES Act funds for what she said were COVID-19 testing costs incurred by nonprofit Lift Up, but the organization never provided any testing services, according to a press release from the Department of Justice (DOJ).

Russia State TV Considering Reinstalling Trump as President
BY ZOE STROZEWSKI ON 7/5/22 AT 2:30 PM PausUnmuteCurrent Time

ARussian state television host suggested that Russia is weighing whether to "reinstall" former President Donald Trump "again" as the United States' leader in a future election.

State television Olga Skabeeva host alleged in the clip that Trump "promised" the other day to "destroy the Russian Federation, to destroy [Russia President Vladimir] Putin's hegemony, as he put it," according to an English translation provided by Julia Davis, a columnist for The Daily Beast.

Alexander Kamkin, who was identified as a political scientist, responded: "That is excellent, if Trump becomes the president, we will know his geopolitical goals." But Skabeeva interjected that Russia will "have to think whether to reinstall him again as the American president," adding that the country has not "decided yet."

Newsweek was not able to locate any instances in which Trump recently, or ever, promised to destroy Russia and "Putin's hegemony."

When Trump first ran for president in 2016 and won against Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, Russia was accused of meddling in the vote in Trump's favor. The U.S. intelligence community concluded that Russia did, in fact, meddle in the election, an assessment that was backed up by a bipartisan Senate report.

A nearly two-year investigation saw special counsel Robert Mueller compile a lengthy 448-page report that concluded Trump's campaign did not conspire with Russia in the alleged interference effort. Mueller noted that "while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

Donald Trump made his debut on this survey as this was the first ranking he was eligible for. The 45th president was ranked 41st by historians. The only three presidents who ranked below Trump were Franklin Pierce, Andrew Johnson, and James Buchanan.

Trump scored 41st in crisis management, 42nd in relations with congress, 43rd in international relations, and dead last in administrative skills and moral authority.

His highest rankings were in public persuasion and economic management, where he ranked 32nd and 34th, respectively.

Other recent presidents, though, scored higher.

Barack Obama scored 10th in the ranking, moving two spots up from his first placing in 2017.

Obama scored in the Top 10 in public persuasion, economic management, moral authority and pursued equal justice for all.

His lowest ranking was relations with congress, where he scored 32nd.
