Yes, that is true - without the incoming avalanche of help, it would be over months ago.

The West underestimated Russia. Believed its own propaganda.

Many thousands of lives could have been saved. And concessions would be limited - close to the Minsk deal.

By now, it’s a different ballgame. Too many great sacrifices on all sides. Too many egos hurt, inflamed and dangerous. Too many careers and reputations on the line.

The US alone has given them more money than Russia spends on their military in a year, You'd think they could have done something than that. I think the Swiss banks are the major beneficiaries of that largess.
