BofA Analyst Muneeba Kayani lowered the rating on ZIM Integrated Shipping Services ( ZIM) to Underperform from Buy, and revised the price target on the shares to $40 from $79.

Shares were trading ~9% lower.

Kayani cited concerns over weaker U.S. demand as a rationale for the ratings action.

Analysts have previously warned about logistics sector facing asymmetric valuation risk, as well as slowdown in freight traffic hurting the shipping sector.
