i don't see deep blue states turning over elections. they control everything in the cities. It would be big if pa. went red! RNC in pa has get a big set of balls to confront them at the polls. this isn't about 87% voting it is about who controls the counting, the machines, the ballet boxes, etc. i remember a few years ago when bush ran for president 3 area in philly didn't get one republican vote. I'mpossible. years ago they would bus them in the streets of philly and nearby camden n.j. for a pack of cigs. RNC needs a plan of action to combat biden federal dollars to get out the democrat vote and other billionaires.
