No web site - yet. These guys have run this company on a shoestring and come up with two good properties. So they have a web site on their list of things they know they should do.

The Promontorio is close to FGX property and Republica is close to Manhattan Minerals and not far from SDD's Promontorio site. SDD owns 2 DD's and they have transported them to the silver property.

The best way - at this time - to get info on what they have is to call their IR @ 888.456.1020 and ask Bill to send a pak.

There have been a number of interested parties check out both of their properties and hopefully with the start of drilling on this high grade Ag property - a JV partner will sit down and talk #'s for 1 of these properties. While the Ag sounds interesting because of it's high grade - the Promontorio is actually a bigger deal. They need to do some deeper drilling - this type of deposit gets better at depth.
A report that they have lists the other properties that exhibit high sulfidation (enargite) and they include Pierina, El Indio, Lepanto Mine in Philipines. The report was written by Laurence James - a very well respected geo for these type of deposits.

Kent and rdww, I can answer a few of your questions. They have 17 million shares outstanding and have been in business over 15 years. The co. had a mine in northern Calif. which they had to shut down for environmental and other reasons. The president, Bonnie Lee spent 3 years in Mexico looking for properties and came up with the extremely rich silver and copper properties they have now. The company needs money to explore these properties and will be arranging PP with warrents. They have also been approached by larger companies concerning JV on both properties. Final permitting is not complete from Mexican government on copper property so its on hold for now..expect permit at any time. Forget to ask about debt. Hope this helps. Call the company and they will fax you the news release that went out today..
