Experience has taught me to Identify the smart players and ride along on their issues.What is the risk 2 points on the downside to make 10 on the upside. Sounds like a good bet to me.When we get through this consolidation we will break 20.

The institutions or (shorts) have got the volumn looking good today, if its the shorts they think the Hasbro Tiger deal will be a bad deal for Radica....I think not.....and I got 2k more shares at 15 this morning......IMO I got a bargain.
