WFoL, The SPR was meant to be used for strategic use. That means for the military in times of war. I'm fine with the SPR being used for non-military uses. "Strategy" doesn't always mean blowing things up with M1 tanks, HIMARS, and F-35 Joint Strike Boondoggles. But it really should serve a STRATEGIC purpose. Using it to lower global oil prices is a terrible "strategy." Same with trying to reduce prices at the pump just for the midterms. I still remember when Bill Clinton did just that, back when gas prices were getting close to $2/gallon. Biden is a criminal. Impeach him before it is too late What's the point?
