Are you sure? I'm not! This is a different game...the last time the market went down...only up after the end result was clear...not so clear w/o ground troops? We didn't have financial instability in the foreign markets?

Well, I guess there's a first time for everything.... This has certainly never been the reaction before. A rush to quality, as you put it, typically means buying treasury bills.r
