I am not sure of the requirements surrounding the filings. I would love to ask the person for further information about it, but I have decided to not post on the Yahoo boards. They are too crass and mostly off-topic and BS. The info provided was simply one more piece that confirms, at least to me, that JTO was the seller, but I believed that to be true prior to reading the Bloomberg report. In any case, we all will know for sure eventually. It kinda is a moot point at this juncture I guess. Not trying to avoid the issue, but there are more important things going on right now, than who sold the shares.

Sorry I can't be of more help on this one.

I read SI, I'm just too cheap to subscribe. I found the story on the Bloomberg Box, which has much
more extensive coverage than Yahoo. The article says he sold. Filings are necessary to have the ability
to sell, but no further filings are needed when the sale actually takes place.

Thanks

Insider trading forms are not required to be filed with the EDGAR system. They are paper filings and thus they may not be "captured" by your favorite insider trader source.
