Instacart, but I doubt any delivery service would go that far. Best bet would be Uber. They do have a delivery service.

A wild stab at it for you... Is it near a Walmart ? Or, are you near enough to a Walmart that delivers ? The folks who deliver for Walmart... are NOT Walmart employees... they're "independent contractors"... who are doing exactly what you're asking about... only doing it with a deliberate focus on Walmart... who've enabled them in it. Get an order delivered from Walmart... be there for the delivery... engage the delivery person with your opportunity... but, of course, you'll have to make it worth their while...
