Mr. Bird Who Walks (a penguin maybe? <g>), I'm just a casual observer here, but it was very clear that it wasn't just the "evil two" who created yesterday's chaos. They may have provoked it by challenging the status quo, but make no mistake, many others on this thread were extremely aggressive and rude in their treatment of these two. They were repeatedly insulted by a slew of very arrogant posters who seem to think they have some sort of secret line to God (read MO). I've seen this happen on many other threads where people have over-extended themselves into high-risk situations and become very paranoid any time anyone objects to the "party line".

IMO, some people suffer from delusions of grandeur as if the participants here and at SH somehow control a significant portion of the float and can influence the direction of the stock. Trust me, most of the people trading this stock have never even heard of SI or SH. What you or I say day to day means squat. Here, I'll prove it to you. Like everyone else, I await the court decision and until that time can only conjecture as to the outcome of this case. My opinion is that one of three things will happen:

1) KRY will be denied outright in court in which case the stock price will decline rapidly

2) KRY will "win" the court case, but will only gain the right to further argue their case, not the rights to mine the LC, in other words, many investors have misunderstood what the court case is about and the stock price will decline.

3) Some form of compromise will be struck between all parties that gives KRY some limited stake in the LC, but it will not be enough to justify the current market cap and the stock price will decline.

So, there you have it, FWIW, my honest opinion. Let's see if the stock crashes tomorrow because of what I've written. Hey, if it does, maybe I'll start a newsletter <g>.
