What "misconduct" is that and why would it matter? He was president. IF he wanted to ride in the car he gets to ride in the car.

Lofgren said on CNN he did NOT "confirm" Hutchinson's testimony.

She also said he did not contradict it.

Basically, they got nothing and as usual are trying to spin it as though it was something.
