Thank you for the information.

I cannot confirm it and it is my opinion only.

Grrome Capital, located in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal, Canada and headed by its President Richard Groome was one of several institutions to visit the oilsand property back in February and March of 1997.

It was my understanding that this institution was going to play a major role in the development of the area before all this mess started.

Well as of today, Groome Capital seems to be cleaning out United Tri-Star's stock up to $0.95

Whether this deal closes this week or next week or the week after that, it appears we may be on our way.

Speculation of a near term closure in Canada is running extremely high.
