As to the 2000 Mules video, it proves nothing. It apparently does a lot of speculation and "connecting the dots", but it proves nothing. Like with most of your conspiracy theories, it revolves around "Hey! It could be true!". The problem is, the universe of "could be true" is much, much larger than the universe of "actually true".
