I agree with you again. My thought is that at this point in time the market is pricing in severe problems (which may or may not happen), and in some areas this isn’t the case. IMO commercial real estate in the Bay Area is still strong, despite some of the reports you might read in the news. Many investors (not traders) at some point will buy what they consider to be good companies, that pay a dividend, and they do not actively manage or trade their accounts. I’m just thinking that this might be a short term bottom in the market, and that a rally might happen due to all of the bearishness.
