I suggest you find out what fascism is before you make these allegations. Fascism is not jackboots and uniforms. Germany and Italy were simply those two countries manifestation of Mussolini's theory.

Doren, even though the GOP has drifted away from their limited government ideals, they still don't come close to the Democrats.

There was a time when libertarians and liberals shared some common goals. "I'm a social liberal but a fiscal conservative" was a common phrase among libertarians. This was back when liberals actually wanted government to back off on regulating their lifestyles, especially sexual.

These days, being a social liberal means MORE government interference, not LESS.

Don't believe me? Ask any leftist these days what they think of libertarianism. You'll get just as much bile and hatred as if they were talking about Trump-supporting "insurrectionists."
