I'll tell you what... I'll go along with you with two provisos...

EVERYONE who's convicted DOES TIME NO FINES... and everyone has to have a PD not a private lawyer...

You see if you want JUSTICE it has to apply to everyone EQUALLY.

Nobody buys a Dodge Viper to obey laws.

Funny I've never had a single privileged white person agree its fair they can't get out of punishment by writing a check. Most of them though are for harsher penalties for "other people."

You want less crime... the real way to get there is to make society more just. Otherwise its just more of the same and worse. Prisons teach people how to commit crime better than ghetto schools teach kids to do plumbing. And then when they get out society almost guarantees they'll be forced into crime to pay their rent.

Justice is a joke in America. I was just talkin' to a client today about that. He got stiffed on two jobs. One for $40k one for $60k... we both know a lawsuit in that case is useless.

That's how Trump made money too... stiffing contractors. Average workin' stiffs can't afford lawyers...

Kids in the ghettos know they are NOT part of "justice"... they think they might as well become criminals. At least they'll have some fun on the way. They go to prison and get out not knowing what a Schedule C is but knowing how to steal a catalytic converter.

So keep wishin'... nothing's going to change in this county. After being a Libertarian for 40 years that's clear enough to me.
