bob,
Now just how in the world can I answer your questions. I ran out of superhero powers a long time ago. So I can't see the future or read peoples minds at a great distance anymore! I used all my super human powers as a youth making pretty girls fall in love with me! <gg> Bob

(1) Will NAMX be a reporting co? Answer: Company's press release states that they "ANTICIPATE" becoming a reporting company by 1st quarter of '98. What does that mean? Zilch..nada..nothing..Ebeling had to file three extensions with Tridon's 2nd quarter report. In other words, it took him almost 1 full year to record & report financials for a company that wasn't even making any money. Lord knows HOW long it would take him to scrape together NAMX's material. Also, NO ONE from Deloitte & Touche can verify that they are auditing NAMX's books for the 1st qtr. of '98. "Anticipates"---I always LUV their wording.
(2) Might need to explain to Sturgeon what Reg S financing is
(3) Reverse split? Wouldn't be surprised to see it happen. Ebeling did a 10 for 1 with Tridon. NAMX certainly won't be above the mandatory $1 bid price when the new Nasdaq listing requirements kick in.
(4) How do they pay for the drilling? Sturgeon & Linskey know, they just don't want to tell anyone. But, as I'm sure everyone is aware, the ONLY way the company can pay for the drilling is printing more paper and thus diluting shareholders. It's not like they can pay for it. Do people actually believe that Martin Linskey doesn't know how they're paying for the drilling of the additional wells? Come on folks, Martin stays in constant contact with Ebeling. Marty knows, he just doesn't want to tell anyone. He's certainly insulting your intelligence...
