Why is it important as to how, when or why an insider has sold a stock?
If a prominent insider are selling the company, what is it telling you?

Ask yourself this, if you were an officer of the company, and the future of the company is bright, would you part with something that will greatly increase in value?

I'm long on VVUS, but if there is anymore selling from the inside then there can't be anymore of a clear signal to get out of this one.

I have no idea. The only thing I've seen was EyeDrMike's post about 10 or so back. That is the sole source for this speculation at this point.
