Bonefish,
As long as Biden funds Pootin's war with high oil prices the Russian economy is buffered.
As much as I like to troll the PooTin cucks on this thread, I do have to admit how much the West is enabling PooTin to continue his war of choice.

First of all, like you pointed out, the West, especially Brandon, continues to resist going full force on domestic energy production, including oil and natural gas. They're STILL of the opinion that high oil prices are transitory and not something that chronically occurs thanks to poor Western energy policy.

Second, there has been a lot of news about Ukraine using the new HIMARS (HIgh Mobility Anti-Russian System) launchers to hit ammo depots in RuZZia. But the number of launchers that Ukraine received are still pretty small and are only being used to re-establish a stalemate.

Which leads to my third point. Brandon and NATO are still too damned scared to escalate the conflict. If PooTin decided tomorrow to just declare "Mission Accomplished" and settle for occupying 20% of Ukraine (because you know, it's oh-so-important to restrict Ukraine's access to the Black Sea), what will NATO do? Will they pressure Zelensky, who is leading millions of Ukrainians that are 100% pissed off at RuZZia, to pursue peace?

Bottom line: There can be no peace without victory. But who gets to define what victory looks like? PooTin? Zelensky? NATO? China?

If that question cannot be answered, then we'll never have "peace in our time."

Back in the sane world one might read this headline, "U.S. Oil Production Hits New 2022 Peak" and praise our president.
