Marcos, Never saw it till today. I have been in favour of electronic notification for years. It and all other aspects of EN have been fought by the broker and insider community as full use if EN means no insider frauds and also no brokers needed. Just a terminal matching system. Also no TSE needed. So we are fighting all the interest wearing vests(vested interests), ie all the downtown suits. Viva la revolucion!! Electronic tradin and IPO registration is getting under way and will eventually kill loads of brokers and exchanges. Why not one global never closing exchange?? Based everywhere, and enforced by national enforcement groups?? Bill
