Well,hypothetically, an officer who has such foresight into the future to sell your shares at 20 and to be sure that the market will take the price of the stock to 10 and then, bring it all the way up to 30, 40 and up. Shows that the personis are either a clairvoyant, or a very clever market manipulator. What you are implying is that the officer is a very good trader with his own holdings. I beleive there are rules to guard against such activities by an officer of a company. Regards.
