I posted this on the 6th..
"Went to town this morning. Gas was down 10 cents from Fri, $6.29. Bought groceries, picked up my mail, gas was down 10 cents from this morning."

I just checked gasbuddy, and regular is $5.99. I don't remember the date, but the highest I saw it was $6.99. It's cheaper than in the next town, which I don't understand. I've never seen that before. It was always at least 10 cents cheaper down there.

We are seeing 75 cent disparity in gasoline cost within a few blocks in Los Angeles, $6.95 for regular on a street with heavy traffic. Four blocks away regular costs only $6.20

Very typical when prices charged to independent gas station owners are declining quickly. Some pass on the lower prices right away, while others maintain current prices until their business starts to taper off.
