HI Ed, PCTH just completed an acquisition. The company's name is Balo and it fits into the electronics group. It is my understanding that Balo used to be one of PCTH's major competitors in that particular area, i.e hermetic connectors. It appears that Don Wright has an outstanding capability to integrate new companies that perfectly fit into PCTH's business line. Unfortunately, I don't know the rev size of this company yet, but I'm sure I will find out soon. The 100 million $ revenue is getting closer and closer, but above all Don has also proven to grow earnings almost as dynamically as revenues, so the future for this company is very bright.
