Lockheed has lasers on navy jet fights for destroying missiles and ground systems for destroying drones. Targets with close proximity. Russian land based death ray for space! Compensating for distance, dust particles, moisture and debris. Seeing is believing. Obstacles are many least of all, very, very expensive.
