Yes, but at least Clinton got a hearing. Franken did not. The well-intentioned zero-tolerance me-too movement became mob mentality. If people think Kirsten Gillibrand's version of justice is the "toughness" the Democrats need, you can count me out. Call me an independent in that case. Not everyone accused is guilty. That's why we have due processes and everyone is entitled to it. left and right, rich and poor, criminals and innocent people.
