Are you pretending to be stupid?
That's a question you should be asking yourself.
The bill doesn't ban anything. It allows victims to sue manufacturers and distributors.
The lawsuits would be frivolous and based on legal "standards" that cannot reasonably be met by the gun manufacturers and distributors. It would essentially be a ban.
