That was sort of normal, but the GOP embracing the Evil Empire is a departure from Republican foreign policy, especially when there is an actually hot war going on.
I'll never forget when Hillaryhawk Chuck You Schumer became a warmonger when Trump called for dialogue with Kim Jong-un.

You don't think that was a departure from Democrat foreign policy?
My guess is that they would all be for it, because Trump would be against it.
You have no proof that Trump would be against it.

The only thing you have is Junior expressing a concern about Finland joining NATO, but that's about it. No strong statement against the move, or against the very existence of NATO itself.

Of course, to you, less than 10% of the GOP voting against the measure is "proof" that PooTin controls the GOP, so anything less than 100% commitment to the expansion of NATO is the same as opposition, right?
