But going electric could be argued as a national security imperative, like the Manned Moon Mission. That would take years to undo because it is well within the President's powers to decide security matters. It is not penalizing CO2 it is rewarding the independence of American energy from foreign oil market pricing. Beer pricing is more stable because there is primarily domestic sourcing and foreign exports / imports are more balanced.
