Changing tires adds info to the test. I wouldn't be surprised if we see another change for the 3rd test that further boosts mileage. Don't know what that will be, although I'd like to see what it would do at 60 mph. Anyway, the report of 100 mpg, if it happens, will come after market close. Guess ole Joe will get some payback on speculators who sold today. What a coup? They probably had 15 inch tires handy, so this was probably contemplated. Let's hope the save the best for last.
