Juanita: You're correct. Just in case Dave missed it... Pursuant to agreements between NP Energy Corp. and Medinah Energy Inc., NP Energy has been offered the opportunity to participate in the proposed new acquisitions near Santiago, Chile. Of course it says they're been offered the opportunity. Since we're talking about the same management, I'm assuming they'll choose to participate. Haven't asked management about that one though. KMT
