Sharkie, fartrump could've issued an EO banning lockdowns, if that's what you wanted... That's one of many problems with the way you think. Everything to you needs to be done at the federal level. No room for each state to decide what is best. Lockdowns might be necessary for highly populated areas such as New York City, but not for sparsely populated places like Wyoming.
