25 million was my estimate as well as stated in response 1121. The reference to 5 million was merely to state how low it once was, and to elaborate on the fact that shares must have been issued for financing to bring the outstanding up to 25 million. Thus, UMSI may not owe any money...they just used shares to get money. However, even 25 million shares is a low number compared to other garbage BB stocks like SFADD, ADGI, EUTO, TWTI, SEXI...and other pieces of worthless paper I have toyed with.
