It is a shame that the Republic of China has in its constitution the mandate / obligation to attack the People’s Republic of China :0) Facts are facts. Self-defense is allowed under UN rules, preemptive and in response.

In the meantime, the takeaway from the topics you have a strong opinion on, Ukraine War, the war that shall remind the world what real wars (well, okay, special military operations) as opposed to policing tasks against flip flop and sandal wearers are like and is all about, namely industry …

I do not understand why USA is championing Ukraine to go up against Russia, when at the first sign of trouble USA immediately announced it shall not send boots to the ground against a real opponent

Pelosi obviously does not believe China is a real opponent even as the Pentagon seems to believe different

I remain agnostic on the chances of which of Republic of China and People’s Republic of China shall fulfill mandate per respective constitutions, but any cognizant whereas Russia is a participant in the global oil, gas, palladium, and food markets, RoC dominates the semiconductor market, and PRC dominates the rare earths markets, amongst enough other markets

Let’s watch, whilst I remain agnostic
