The duly elected President of the United States is Joe Biden. This board is 1st and foremost a reference source. It is not intended to be a propaganda source for the far left or far right. There are numerous other politics subject boards for that including the very well populated one that you host and administrate. Should you care to initiate an alternative board on this subject feel free to do so. In re your 2nd Question: I consider Wikipedia to be an outstanding jumping off point for researching a subject in an attempt to drill down to fact.
