I have been buying more GOOGL today and yesterday. I have it now sized the way I like it at about 5% of my portfolio. I also added just a tiny bit of META as well, but it’s sized much smaller than GOOGL.

Just a quick thought. I feel like sometimes its tricker to value land on a balance sheet. For example, sometimes major companies having a presence gives a boost to the land and rental values in the location. If the companies go bust, land values are likely to go down as well, because a lot of rental contracts will trigger a lower payment as adjusting to the disappearance of foot traffic is usually part of a good tenancy agreement. In major cities, its not a problem, but if a big store is located in a town, the value recoverable from the sale or lease of the land might not be as high as estimated.
