Wow. Speechless. (Yippee!!) (And Penni tol' me it was Saturday.) (I think.) Wait ~ I just called my Doctor's office, and Sara Jean says it's Saturday. I thought the fourth Thursday thing sounded about right. But Sara is a woman.

I feel like sending flowers to every woman in Texas, or telling them they're all idiots for getting in this predicament. Wonder which is easier...

TC -- I'll never forget the culture shock I felt as a freshman at JHU when I received a small floral arrangement on VD from a girl I barely knew. This, for me, was the dawn of feminism, and I LIKED IT!

Turns out she sent out about twenty of them, but what the hell...

Damn, looka that, 00s without even trying. Of course, there is nothing SPECIAL about 7200; it fails utterly to be ELITE.

And aren't you just the sweetest thing!!! It must be Texas, because we sure didn't do it in Virginia. I've noticed that for Valentine's Day here even in elementary school somebody takes orders for roses to be delivered to individuals. And if you're smart you send one to all your teachers with the disingenuously worded card, Happy Valentine's Day to my Favorite (English, Algebra, Latin, Biology) Teacher! You can also order for girlfriends, but my boys thought that was icky. This year my horsetrader son struck a deal with a boy whose father is a jeweler and traded some website work for a gold plated rose---exquisite...for his girl..
I was lucky to get a little box of Whitman's chocolate. From my mother.
