I met the principals of this company several years ago when they were raising some money. They've got some interesting science which apparently is effective on HIV in a completely different way than protease inhibitors and which they believe will not be affected by viral mutations. I suspect they are about to launch some clinincal trials. My impression of the CEO Richard Hollis is that he very bright, totally dedicated and driven to make it all work. My only other observation is that the Stanford scientist who has recently joined the company is known as one of the most important HIV researchers in the world. Therefore, I am impressed! The stock has really run up -- I only became aware of it today because I lost track of these guys -- but I wouldn't short one share
