Thanks for sharing this information.

Look at it this way: thin float is much more desirable for a strongly uptrending stock like SAP.

Come August, I predict, the money managers of US are going to give SAPHY an incredible rush. Just mark my word. :-)

To me the fact that 75% of shares are still owned by 4 founding individuals makes it highly unsuitable as a component of stock index. It is a very unusual situation for a multibillion dollars global company. But it may actually help in terms of share price performance.
