Mr. Pugs, Mr. Pugs! Excuse me sir, but I hope you can help me. You see, I am the owner of some stocks whose fortune has not been so good, lately. I understand that you can change all that. I have been referred to you by a Mr. J. Grumby. He says that you can have your associate, a Mr. G, have some kind of a "vision" and you do some kind of a "hype" and millions of shares will trade and the stock will move higher. Mr. Pugs, it would be so nice if you could "wave your magic wand" for some of my losers. Mr. Grumby assures me you have the power. I am embarrassed to show my naivety, but I had always thought that stocks were controlled by Market Makers and , to a certain extent, investors. Mr. Grumby has made it clear that the real control is in the hands of psychics and boxers and I am so grateful that he has directed me to you. Pugs, I see that this one (TVSI...so that you know where you are at) didn't set the world on fire today. Despite your partner's hyping comment last night (Riley...so that you know who I am talking about) regarding the after-hours number being at $.20.....This dog never got close to that today. You had better pray for a substantive press release (I say substantive because I don't think the followers now will jump on just a hyping press release again) to push this stock to the $.50 by Friday level that you promised earlier. TC

As usual, it's pretty easy to tell the shorts from the longs. There's a MM in San Diego that is shorting the hell out of this stock and it looks like some of his cohorts are in here trying to help him. One of my pals thinks this is going to be a big winner and he's pretty sharp, so I'm getting interested. He thinks they're going to put a valuable entity into this company. Volume tells all.
