Madharry: I've scanned BHC a few times because Yahoo shows forward earnings p/e of 2x. Several value investors have been reported to be in it: Bill Miller, Francis Chou (12% position), Carl Icahn, Valueact. I passed on it, and avoided a bullet today, because Yahoo also shows $23B in ltd. That's way too much debt for me because I don't understand the company's prospects.
