Pat,

I follow a company very closely Trinity Biotech ( TRIBY ) that once owned a major stake in BBII and at one time thought of doing a JV with them. BBII has some excellent products and superb management.

Oscar Gruss Inc. from NYC did the IPO on BBII

Good Luck with you investment in BBI..I think TRIBY is very undervalued at $ 2.00.
