"Mademoiselle" Freeus, if the company was adding debt for no seemingly good reason then I'd bail too. But when you realize that NXTL is rising to the occasion of faster growth than expected, you discover that this company is going to be major league in its industry faster than anyone previously expected. Obvioulsy the credit rating folks like what they see in NXTL. Who am I to disagree with them? Arnie P.S. Beginning in July, 1995, both MSFT and INTC went sideways to down for six months before setting sail for the moon.
