Re: Insiders

I have no evidence to suggest insiders will sell soon, or at all.

I do thnk that Candle's hypothesis is sound. His point is that the float is artificially low on AMZN today. Further, the lock up period has, or is about to, expire. This will then free insiders to unload. There is an obvious financial incentive for them to do so and some could look forward to cashing in on AMZN. Others no doubt may elect to hold on for even more fantastic evaluation. The decisions they make will certainly effect the near term direction of the stock. I am betting they vote their own self interest and start to unload. But that is just a guess.

I was able to short yesterday via Chuckie Schwab. You have to be placed on a wait list for about a week, sometimes longer in order to get shares. Even then, when they do have them you have to either execute or go back on the list. Not possible to time the market, would'nt know how anyway.
