This Caldera news will probably trigger the turn around of MSFT. I hardly believe that MSFT can go up further without at least about 10% correction.

Caldera, Schmaldera

If you can not compete you find a way to sue.
You buy a dying company like DR-DOS for a few pennies then try to leverage it into millions by suing under false pretenses.
If you don't get what you want as Caldera failed to with Win 3.1, then you hire more lawyers on contingency to drum up bogus charges with respect to DR-DOS and Win 95. If they don't get their way with 95 they will try for 98 or dream something up with Win NT.

Caldera, just another parasite trying to grab a pound of MSFT flesh. The'll go down in flames like the rest.
