I take olive leaf extract along with cat's claw (uncaria tomentosa bark), I drink green tea and occasionally Hawthorne tea. If for some reason, my blood pressure starts to climb anyway, I take a stronger calcium channel blocker to bring it back down. works out to about 1 every 10 days or more (as long as two months).

Before I started my own regimen, I had to take the prescription medicine every day and it has side effects if taken daily, like causing my ankles, feet, and lower legs to swell up.

My method has no side effects.

Yes, he is still using the magic water and "occasional" means he doesn't take his medicine as prescribed. But he "knows better" and doctors are just trying to rip people off.
