First Marathon report, page 13 -- Mar99 FY RideFilm Revenue 3.1mil increasing to 5.9mil next fiscal year. Costs of goods sold both years = zero. All profit. He just shows the royalty income, after IMAX's distribution fee. As he also state, the cost of the RideFilms for MFE is only 500,000 per for the Reboot ones. The current agreement is for a few more and a few 3D movies to boot.

These are the flows I talk about that, much like Cinar in their building stage, will grow and spin off lots of cash over the years. Look at Cinar, they didn't make money for 3-4 years and now they mint it because they're over that fixed cost/economy of scale hump. You can't look at one year in a rapidly growing, small business. MFE's cashed up, they do not take large financial risks on production, the invest some money in trial productions etc.., but try to get it all paid for. I don't think that's a highly risky approach. I admit, they have to show us what they've been building up for over the last 8 months --we've got to hear about all these new shows that others on the thread have confirmed. They sound fantastic, with huge upside --I just wish they'd give us the final details.
